If not handled appropriately gifts or business entertainment offered to or accepted from a current or potential NBCUniversal supplier, contractor, customer or other business partner (“Business Partner”) can damage the Company’s reputation and even violate the law. It is the responsibility of every employee to understand the principles to consider before offering or accepting a gift or business entertainment and to know when pre-approval is required.
